What lovely friendly helpful groups! Pottery Painting or glass fusion. The sessions meet up on a weekly basis, with always someone on hand to give you support. Not lessons but.. There are now new monthly workshops for glass fusion, days or evenings with everything supplied and also Water colour workshops are starting July. '23 all very good prices and all that you need is supplied on these workshops. Completing and owning a beautiful glass fused item (themed) or water colour painting (demo and instruction completing in 2 1/2 hour workshop) these workshops are for beginners to improves... or someone who has lost thier mojo.. No experience necessary just ..'I'd love to give it a go!' Very reasonable charges too. Sandra King starting Atmosphere and support is great.

Friendly group of like-minded people that meet at Springfield house to engage in art or pottery sessions. All skill levels are welcome. It is not a teaching setting but tips and techniques are often shared. Members of the society can exhibit and sell their artwork through the Art Society's exhibitions.

stevenage arts society is a unique gathering of artists from all walks of life the studio room is of a good size with ample room for the members to get together and share their ideas of watercolour acrylic paints and many other mediums there is a friendly atmosphere any ability is welcome from beginners to professional it has enhanced my life and I look forward to the weekly meetings when I can go with my partner , I have a disability which can affect my concentration but find my sharing art with others very stimulating !
