Nice place. Booked ahead and everyone from the receptionist, nurse, doctor was excellent. Parking just around the corner. Little hard to find and as picture is of other NHS service however va just go left when facing the entrance to the library and you can find it on the right side. Very nice place

I have been so there 4 time and I have been turned away, they dont care if dont have symptoms your not important and the receptionist are so rude and inconsiderate... they are so quick to turn u away and dont hve empathy I would suggest finding another sexual health clinic to go as this one has no respect for nobody nor matter what. I have now had to go to Hatfield one to be able to seen as my care is not urgent one as I was told the receptionist in stevenage one how rude and luck of respect

The doctors and nurses were great but the woman in the reception july 19,2019 with brown skin and dark hair is so impolite and rude! Makes you feel like youre not welcome in the clinic, grumpy and she was loud with discussing my concern all the people inside could hear and she wasnt even unapologethic. She has no empathy. It is a sexual clinic and it is a very sensitive concern she should understand how hard it is sometimes for the patients to decide to get help from the clinic but she is just unbelievable unconcerned she shouldnt be there. Rude woman.

If reviews were purely based on the service given by doctors and nurses then itd be an immediate 5 stars. They were lovely, professional, but also empathetic, down to earth and kind. Super useful during my mini melt down and tears. And all thankfully VERY HUMAN. However, the same CANNOT be said about the receptionists. One of which was rude, snotty, and particularly uncaring. Rolling her eyes and making snide comments about patients after they left. Very uncomfortable. And almost judgemental. She's working in a sexual health clinic. A little bit of delicacy and empathy for patrons would have gone a long way. Nurses and doctors - 5/5 Receptionists - 2/5 at best.
