Steve came highly recommended, but as a 59 year old fit'ish but certainly not strong woman, I was a tad worried about the session - however, Steve was brilliant. Encouraging and knowledgeable he knew my abilities at a glance. By the end of the challenging but weirdly fun hour I was lifting heavier weights than I had previously ever managed. In short Steve gives you the confidence to believe in your 'wannabe fit self' and he has the understanding to help you get there. Thanks Steve!

Started with Steve about 9 weeks ago now and can honestly say it’s been brilliant. I have had PT sessions before but they don’t even compare to what Steve has taught me. He really cares about your goals and doesn’t just throw you into something he explains why your doing it and what it is working. I would Highly recommend Steve as a PT and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks Steve and look forward to that beach body 👍💪

I had the 8 week intense body transformation, Steve managed my diet all the way through. My training was fantastic my body fat percentage came and I'm leaner and for the first time in years I can see my abs!! Highly recommended.

AS someone who has a goal in mind yet was reluctant to exercise Steve has each week encouraged me by helping me get stronger, fitter, leaner and gain more confidence in myself. He has put together a personalised food plan to help support me in this journey in reaching my goal.Each session is different focusing on different areas of the body which in turn will help me reach my goal. Steve is so full of knowledge. I am on a weight loss muscle tone program with Steve at the moment. He will you work hard, but that is the whole point if you want to achieve your goals. Steve will help you every step of the way and goes above and beyond to help you. Steve has also done me a nutrition plan also to help he with me diet. I have trained you years on and off.,but Steve has showed me so much more. He techniques are simple, but very effective. He has showed me so many tricks and tips to help me along me way. Steve has also given me a new confidence. I am on a 10 session package with Steve. And after 5 of these.I Am beginning to see the results all thanks to Steve!!!!

I've been having PT with Steve for a few months now and can honestly say he is the best PT ive had. He quickly gets to understand your current position and then, from that, how he can structure the workouts to meet your goals. I found the one thing that has helped me keep going is that it never feels 'the same'. As your body improves and you can do more, Steve mixes up the sessions and knows how to adjust the workouts to ensure you are constantly improving. On top of this, he takes an interest in what you are doing outside of the sessions and is readily offering advice on nutrition, etc. whilst, importantly, understanding people have social lives and there is a balance.
