The employees of Steven Eagell Toyota Wolverhampton acted rogue, showed exceptional unprofessionalism and low level of basic skills and cooperation with the customer. They have also shown lack of respect for us as customers through their ignorant behaviour, false promises in a verbal and written form, lack of communication and cheating their way out of compensation that was suggested and confirmed by them in the first place. We have spent a lot of our time and effort trying to resolve this case and we have reached a point of disappointment and regret of purchasing a vehicle from a Toyota dealership in Wolverhampton. A case that could have been simply resolved by following the correct ethics and work processes by employees of Toyota Wolverhampton is still ongoing and my next step will be Media. Staff involved: Minhaj & Alaric. Avoid purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Highly not recommended.
