Got a letter to update the front camera, booked through their telephone, very smooth and got a booking two days later ! I was met with Drew Coleman, their Lexus specialist, who explained all the details to me in layman's terms. Very polite and professional. The whole process took about 3 hours and got my NX 450h+ in the afternoon after getting a call from Drew 40 minutes before that. Another great experience with Steven Eagall Solihull !
