He sent me a video of the car I had said I was interested in, which put my mind at ease, and when I went in to see him and test drive the car, Ash was very informative and helpful - explaining different features and the different options for buying the car - it was a second hand Yaris hybrid and it was a really pleasant experience. He also organised my trade in at a fair value, and when I collected the car he was also very helpful and friendly. Collected my brand new Yaris Cross Excel on Monday 22 May. The process went smoothly. Staff exceptional and would highly recommend purchasing cars from Steven Eagell to friends and family members. Jevahn McKinley was my Sales Consultant who, although relatively new to the company, made me feel confident with my purchase and went that extra mile to ensure I drove away with confidence. Questions were answered in a professional manner as were any by his colleagues if there was something that needed further details. I received a phone call to make sure I’d arrived home safely after my 2 hour drive to collect from the Oxford Branch as I live in Derby which was appreciated. A follow up call has been promised and confident this will happen.

Great service today. Cordial friendly greeting by Rachel on arrival and then Abs (Abdalla) the service advisor took some additional notes to note the exact error code that needed addressing. He gave me an update half way through and then explained what had been fixed at the end. Issue causing the error sorted in just over an hour including a complimentary wash and vacuum. Cherry on the icing: the small pods that clients can use to work whilst waiting which I took advantage of today to finish off some work.
