    I have been using Steven Eagell Toyota Milton Keynes for sourcing parts for my pair of almost classic Toyota's for the better part of 17 years now and have never had any complaints, I have found the parts department to be very helpful, accommodating, special mention to Bradley, and resourceful. The parts department manager Simon is very knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly I can't comment on sales as I haven't bought a car or needed any servicing as I do all the maintenance on my cars myself however on the occasions that I have needed technical support I have found that the workshop foreman is more than happy to offer advice. All in all I have found the dealership to be one of the better ones and very friendly and helpful.

    Called in here a couple of weeks ago to look for a newer car than the one I currently own, and having had numerous Toyota's before, I was interested in seeing what my options were. The sales technique used here feels slightly pressured but I'm guessing that's because they have targets to hit and they don't really listen to what you want. Stated my pre-requisites a number of times and after spending some time in the dealership I took a car out for a test drive. Arriving back the salesperson asked me if I liked the car - honest answer - no. They were fully expecting me to buy the car there and then, and it 'seemed' as though they were disappointed I wasn't going to take it off their hands. The following couple of weeks after my visit I received a couple of phone calls saying they had found me another car which didn't match any of my pre-requisites, and again were surprised when I said no. The suggestion was that I come back into the dealership to talk about what I was looking for, even though this information had been given in numerous conversations previously. They don't really listen to what you want and appear to be focussed on getting rid of their existing stock whether you like it or not. And the worst thing, for me, was when they started dissing a competitor. That's a big no no for me. Sell the benefits and quality I get from buying a Toyota, not rubbishing another manufacturer. The whole experience really put me off.

    My wife has had an incredibly frustrating time trying to get a Motability car from this dealership for the past year. The change of staff and lack of consistency has proved frustrating. The onus is on the customer to do the chasing. The upshot is that due to poor communication on their part, we're no longer able to have the vehicle after a year's wait. We wouldn't recommend anyone get a Motability car from this dealership. They don't seem to care about their customers.
