Purchased a Toyota Yaris recently from Steven Eagell Luton. I am happy with the car and the buying process was relatively smooth. Reason for 3 stars and not 5 stars is that I was only provided with a single car key. The salesperson said that there should be two and he will chase up, however, even after multiple emails I have not had any response. On top of this, when I viewed the car I was told that the parcel shelf was taken out of the car during cleaning and would be put back in for collection. Unfortunately, it was not which is very frustrating. Again, I've had no reply from the person that sold me the car which is disappointing customer service.

Toyota, disappointing as always! 1998, bought car from Toyota Leeds North, found out it'd been in an accident. 2011, bought a car from Steven Eagell MK, found it had had a rear shunt. 2022, put car in for a minor service, ended up paying £1100, went in today about some work under warranty? Told nothing really worth covering is covered under the flex warranty.
