If I could select zero star, I would do it. Arrival date for my used car was postponed a week. Even car was arrived but there is no new keeper green slip forwarded to me. I can't buy the Road tax. No insurance covered to me with official doc. keep my second key with no reason although promising it will be sent it after holiday. Calling to them with no positive responses. My hotel booking was cancelled by this such bad service and I don't know the difficulty on rountine docs. I am exhausted to dealing with them and speechless on their sales administration and customer service if it is a Toyota authorized dealer.

A varied experience and although I loved the rav 4 I completely lost trust in the dealership and have now changed to a Volvo, would dearly love another Rav 4 but would have to find a dealership that I can trust who does what they say they do. I have to add that David Given and the young lady in servicing both worked really hard on my behalf to resolve the issue. This review is related to a vehicle bought in 2021, exchanged for another in 2022 and subsequent poor repair on the second vehicle which in all truth I didn’t bother taking back to have another battle I just have up

Placed my order for a 23 plate Yaris Design, they said expected April latest. Had to email them for an update to be told it’s coming in june. Had we not emailed them we would have been left in the dark. I’ve been loyal to Toyota and always loved their service but now it seems their heart isn’t in it. As a car salesperson, I understand delays can cause issues but at least I keep my customers in the loop.
