Excellent service from Mo and colleagues at Steven Eagell, Ipswich. We had to pop in a few times and always received excellent customer service. There's always a cuppa from the wonderful greeters who really make a difference to a visit to check on the progress of our purchase. Mo really looked after us and manager Ben also made sure that everything was going according to plan. We now have our vehicles and are very happy with them. Toyota is a change for us so it mattered that we were well looked after. Thanks to all at Steven Eagell, particularly Mo.

I bought a new Toyota Yaris hybrid from here. The sales team were very nice. However, the service side of things is awful. You can’t get through to speak to anybody. I had some warranty work carried out which was extremely poor quality of workmanship. By all means buy a car from here but I wouldn’t recommend the service department
