Really friendly staff in a new modern reception area made for a pleasant visit when I took a car for its service. I waited for the car while the service was done and was given a cup of coffee but a very attentive member of staff, who really seemed like she enjoyed her job. Free Wi-Fi, free coffee and excellent service, not sure you could have asked for anything more. Nice big open plan space, bright and airy and super clean and tidy. I’ve taken our work cars in a few times now and never had any issues. It never seems to take too long, however it’s not a case of thinking, ‘that was quick, they can’t have done it properly’, I think I waited around 1.5 hours last time, for a 10000 mile service.

Dreadful!!Do not have anything to do with this company! I ordered a car in Sept 2022 and paid £500 deposit. I was given no updates. I would ring monthly and be told the car should be available by may. Eventually in March I was told the order had never been placed an there was no point in placing one as they could not give me any idea of a date for the car. I asked to cancel the order and have my deposit refunded. I range every week for the next 2 months and was constantly told some one would call me back, I did not once get a returned call. Whenever I rang I was told I could not be found on the system. At one point I was told the deposit was non refundable, simply a lie. Eventually, after 5 phone calls in one day and refusing to hand up until it was sorted I received the refund. I have never dealt with such and inept, unhelpful and unpleasant company. I can only assume they are on the edge of collapse.

Not a very good dealer as they said that they cannot refund my deposit 500 because they already put a dash cam on the car. Im sure they can get that money when the car is sold. Not enough explanation on car finance all they want is to quickly close the deal and your get your money. Im pretty sure even I sign the contract not even 14 days. Why can't I get back my deposit.
