The sales guys will take advantage of you if you’re not a man and will add on extras without asking for your permission or explaining what’s what. Didn’t offer a test drive and the car arrived with chipped interior scratched exterior and a broken wing mirror. The delivery fee wasn’t even discussed it was just added. However Henry Trinh caught me on a day when I actually was looking for a better deal on my car for financial reasons. And so I was willing to have another try. He has now renewed my trust in your company. He didn’t put any pressure on me at all. This was very refreshing and in my opinion far more likely to get a deal for your Company. He was very courteous, professional and very understanding of my particular needs. I have been so happy with my Aygo but really don’t want your latest version, as for an elderly person like me, it is too big. Henry understood this. You might not have earned a lot financially from my particular deal but I am one satisfied customer and will praise your company now rather than the opposite. And I will always recommend friends and acquaintances ask for Henry!
