Fantastic experience yesterday (and last week) with Rishan and his manager Paul at Steven Eagell Toyota in Cambridge purchasing an approved used Rav4. Rishan was very helpful throughout the process, taking as much time as needed to explain all the details and history of the Rav4 (and how it differed to the competition). I have been to many car dealers where they are overly pushy on finance and extra options or simply lose interest if you aren't buying new. That was not the case here - Rishan carefully explained the benefits and accepted my decisions. I will definitely being going back next time we are looking at changing cars.
