Took my car in to Toyota Birmingham for its first annual service and was greeted with a smile from the receptionist who passed me onto Jo Cashmore the Service advisor who was outstanding in every way, Jo rang me the day before to confirm my booking and that she would be dealing with me. She looked after me from start to finish. I was very pleased with the service I was given by all and loved the fact that they cleaned my car afterwards.. saved me a job 😂 See you next year, highly recommend 10/10

Husband and I decided to go back to Steven Eagell Toyota and Harpreet in particular to purchase my Aygo, as my husband had purchased a Yaris from him 4 months prior and was very pleased with the customer service. Just as before, the customer service was brilliant. Harpreet took the time to understand the type of car I wanted and my budget. Would definitely be going back to Steven Eagell in the future.
