I could have given no star, if there was an option. Really disappointed with the customer service, it was absolutely SHOCKING! I was told my car is ready for collection and when i reached there was told they still got things to get done for my car and its not ready for collection. A week later when I received my car it was in the worst possible condition and on top of that my car’s windscreen got smashed while fitting the dash-cam.They replaced it with some cheap windscreen from some local company. Upon chasing them I am 1 week down the line, no response whatsoever despite sending emails and phone calls. Feel like I have been robbed and would never ever recommend anyone to go to this place! Steven Eagell Bedford is very disappointing!
