Great service and price! Couldn't be happier :) Steve was friendly and professional throughout the visit. He kept all the mess contained when sweeping and gave our fireplace and surround a clean after. I had to cancel my first appointment due to isolation and rebooking to a more suitable date was no problem at all, they were very considerate. Waited a month to get an appointment and took a day off work. Turned up to sweep the chimney and because he couldn't park directly outside my house he refused to do the job. I wouldn't have minded if they had told me on the phone that he had to be parked outside the house. But wasn't told this at all. Defiantly not using this company again.
