He arrived punctually, ahead of the party beginning, to take some family shots with which we are delighted. During the course of the evening, he managed to photograph all of our guests, both formally and informally. I would like to start by mentioning that I am 1. Unable to pose and 2. Notorious for never liking any pictures of myself - so Steve had a tough task ahead of him... I came across Steve’s website and really liked his style of photography, but upon meeting him I also realised I liked his calm personality and good way with children and thought from then he would be a good wedding photographer. I am happy to say he did not prove me wrong! From the outset Steve was meticulously organised, staking out the venues for the pre-wedding pictures, church and reception well before hand to get a feel for the where the best shots would be. He also made sure I had a list of suggested photos which I could then add to, which he completed on the day to perfection. Many people had warned me how photographers can completely take over a wedding, but on the day I found Steve was non-invasive and worked exquisitely around the hairdresser and make up artist (who by this stage had completely monopolised my time). Amongst all the chaos he successfully pictured the my wedding party getting ready / dress / flowers & group gatherings in the garden. He then shot off to the church to capture the groom looking nervous, various shots of best man, wedding guests etc and made it on time to shoot me getting out of car. How he managed to capture all that by himself I will never know! Steve did an impeccable job of shooting ‘lifestyle’ images from the background but then seamlessly coming to the forefront, being firm and giving instructions where needed (e.g family & group images). I would like to mention that I have worked for a wedding magazine and I know there are a lot of people out there calling themselves ‘professional photographers’ who just point, click and hope for the best - I am happy to say Steve is NOT one of those people and I would highly recommend him for your big day.

Me and my sisters wanted a picture for my mother's 80th birthday so we contacted Steve to arrange a sitting. We arrived and Steve made us feel welcome and offered us a cup of coffee. We chatted to obtain what we required. We spent most of the day going through several poses and various outfits. About a week later Steve came round to my sister's house to show us all the photos so that we could choose the one we wanted enlarged for my mother. We decided to pay for the CD of the entire shoot which was a very reasonable price. I am glad we did as I have since had several enlarged. I would highly recommend Steve as we had such a fun day and the photos were fabulous.

Fabulous photographer, I really highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for somebody to comfortably handle an occasion such as a wedding. He photographed our wedding and I was I awe of the preciseness he went about his business, in a most friendly manor, putting all the guests , wedding party and most importantly my bride at ease in what (from past experience) can be uncomfortable and awkward for some , nothing is too much trouble for Steve, he is very accommodating. We were extremely satisfied with the photos of our special day, and often reflect on our wedding day, in which Steve was a big part of. We also employed Steve to take some shots of our daughter pre her “high school prom”. Steve chose a local park for the “shoot” and again this resulted in some spectacular images for us and our daughter to cherish. Keep the great work up Steve !

From the initial meeting to the actual day, Steve was extremely professional and made sure he understood what we wanted.
