I recently moved house and had a great experience with this firm, I initially dealt with Heidi who kept me updated on my removal dates as we needed to exchange to confirm the slot. On moving day, 5 men turned up in 3 vehicles and they were all fantastic and I couldn't fault them at all. I am a Director at an Estate agent in London and going forwards, if buyers and sellers ask me for removal companies recommendations, I am 100% going to be pointing them in the direction of Steve Frieze! Thanks for making a stressful day, less stressful!!!

What a fantastic service we received from Steve Frieze. Firstly, they sent us FREE 70 strong boxes, tapes, bubble wrap and papers to help us pack. Also wardrobe box on the day too. Secondly, they turned up on time on the day with six men, everyone was friendly and handled all our stuff well, and no single item was damaged due to moving. Then they waited hours outside our new house due to some delay. They were understandable and flexible, and kind. They made the whole moving service so much less stressful. With such first-class service, they were one of the most reasonable quotes we received. I could not thank them enough for their service. Highly recommend.
