Thanks to Mirza for conducting the survey for a property we intend to buy, and thanks to Kiran and Khurrum for organising. They've reached out to me after I've expressed interest in having a survey, answered my booking-related questions, and have sent an example report for reference. The booking process is easy and I was notified of the scheduling and invoicing. I was also being updated after the survey has conducted and a report was issued by them within the quoted time. Even though the property has no deal-breaking issues, I feel their easy-to-understand report will be able to highlight and explain any significant problems they have identified. Would recommend.

I've had two home buyer surveys from Sterlingworth and both have been excellent. Outlined exactly the quality of the property and what needed further exploration. I also had a follow up phone call with surveyor who provided further details of the inspection. Furthermore, I had a question about surface flooding since one of the properties surveyed came back as a high risk. One of Stirlingworth's directors provide advice on this without charging anything extra. This gave us enough confidence to proceed with the purchase. In summary, I've had nothing but positive experiences with Sterlingworth.
