Yeah I mean these guys are ok for corp travel - the front end of the website does the job when you want to book a multi-hop trip with hotels, flights, car-hire etc, but when you call these people up for any clarification, it's like, they don't want to be on the phone with you. You are expected to understand their site inside out, not make mistakes and be frowned upon if you require any clarification! They cannot wait to hang that phone up - perhaps they have more important things to be doing - who knows :/
