Had an issue with my Harveys water softener. As the unit was supplied by Sterling 2015, Harveys directed me back to Sterling for repair on the softener under parts warranty. Sadly, the unit was taken away and returned 1 week later with assurance that it has been rectified (yet no parts replaced). After 2 weeks of trying and testing, water still remained hard. Sterling suggested my plumbing is wrong, which is sad to hear as was running fine for the past 7 years. Eventually Harveys sent their technician, who found 2 major components faulty. Same were replaced on site, with desired results.
