(The problem was my fault) Within six days it was returned in working order. I only had to pay for the new electronic panel, which they had to fit. Fantastic service.

So.......problem with my Sterling 12v-60a Pro Charge Ultra battery charger. You send a message, almost instant reply, fill in a form, follow up with discussion about problem and sending unit for repair. Repair is done in hours and it's back with me plus cleaned up and looking like new within a couple of days. Customer service just does not come any better. The 5 stars says it all. Should have been 6 stars.

I was recommended by a knowledgeable boat club member to buy a Sterling-Power Pro Charge Ultra Lite battery charger when mine failed. Not being experienced in this type of installation, I was really grateful when I made contact with Ben who successfully talked me through the installation. The unit unfortunately did develop a small fault later on but even though I had mislaid my receipt, Sterling Power UK readily undertook the testing and repair of the unit. They received the unit on Friday noon and were ready to return it to me a few hours later. Sterling-Power UK are one of the best companies I have encountered. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Sterling-Power UK. Great Service.

Useless! Was recommended by an employee a few weeks ago at a networking event. I’ve been in contact with Sterling Power multiple times to try and arrange a meeting to no prevail. People that I have spoken to have lied, and have no knowledge of their products or services and when I asked for the man who had recommended Sterling Power Products to me, I was told ‘He doesn’t work here’. It's a shame such a good business on the surface can't liaise with its cohorts.
