I came to pharmacy to transfer where my regular prescription was sent to, as this was my closet pharmacy. I was served by a very rude abrupt lady, who gave me incorrect information, stating I would need to sort through my doctors. After I mentioned that I had spoken to my doctor and that the pharmacy would arrange this change, she abruptly pointed to a window to the left of the pharmacy and grumbled something inaudible. There was no apology for giving incorrect information or sense of caring. I would have thought that customer facing staff would have some level of interpersonal skill or at least pretend to care. Not a good experience at all. I think the pharmacy need to appreciate the impact of rudeness on the people they serve.

Absolutely useless at sorting out prescriptions. Twice I ordered things in good time and when I went to pick them up they had no record of ordering things in, which meant that I had to phone my surgery and ask for an emergency prescription. Can’t even do one of the few things they’re meant to do.

I rang a few pharmacies around manchester that were close proximity to myself but none of them had any time to see myself or cater to my needs. The pharmacist at Sterling pharmacy was very professional and put a lot of time to make sure I was looking and getting the right thing, especially when it was an emergency. The staff are super reliable and very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are needing desperate and urgent care! Or even questions. Thanks guys!
