Went in to have a look at accessories the salesman Ally. I asked a few questions about the mirror I wanted he replied he would rather I didn’t buy this which I found rude and not what a salesman should say. He sat down at the table with his colleague while I was speaking to him then continued to talk to me while I was standing didn’t find the service very good. The furniture and what was on display was very nice.

Unless I am totally missed something, However Dundee branch now charge you £340 ON TOP of the uplift if you have to return a corner unit, Despite when we orders we said if there is an issue with this can we return, Yes you can 14 days return policy, No problem, There is an uplift charge , yeh understand. But its a new house just worried it might be too big but won’t know until it’s in, Not to worry we can uplift but there is £89 charge yeh again ok. Not £340, Using the template is a bespoke item, Nope. Ok, it’s specially ordered for you, Nope it was in store on sale , Utterly gobsmacked, Wife very unhappy, Very angry, Yet her dad used this store for over 25 years, What the hell has happened. You don’t charge people a further 20% on a product because it has to go back, , Awaiting reply, 😡😡😡😡😡. So, so disgusted, Even said ok we will Take it back but we charge uplift but come pick something else but you will only loss 10%, for cancelation fee , so now the fee jumps to £180. What in earth, Also worth noting, They don’t seem to reply to reviews. Hopefully they will, But have looked on here and don’t see 1 reply to anyone

Was looking for a new living room suite. No t sure of what we wanted. A lovely salesman came over and asked a few questions, pointed using the direction of some we would like. After a while the same person moved the suite around to give us a better idea of it in our space requirements. I was really cheerful and excited to hear his views and helpful advice and information to help us better understand our needs.
