    I spoke to a claim handler about a claim that I made 4 months ago and they basically saying that I have to handle the claim myself and contact my previous employer to get more evidence even though I already provided everything that they have asked for (I'm not sure who's job it is to handle the claim here). Never seen a company like this in my life, Unbelievable and no management. if i could rate them 0 stars i would have.

    This company does not merit a single star. They own Yellow Tag key finding service. Yellow Tag is no longer functioning but they have failed to notify any of their customers of this and, worse still, they are still trying to take annual subscriptions. Avoid at all costs.

    Absolute joke of a company. Took insurance out to cover me if i couldn't work. Pandemic stopped me from trading. These cowboys have now said that unless I cease to trade and terminate my business I cannot claim. My business is not ceasing to trade, just unable to during lockdown. Mis-sold and badly mistreated. Dont return calls, and when you finally get through they haven't got a clue what you are talking about. Consider my plan, cancelled. Would give zero stars but not an option

    7 weeks + and still not been paid out, everytime you ring ( and you'll be ringing a lot cos they never ring you ) you get a different story. Nobody seems to know what's going on, and care even less. Absolute shambles of a company.
