Can't even be bothered to reply to my emails. Went for a consultation I'm August to discuss design and what we would like. All went very well, super lovely and helpful. We had high hopes. A few weeks after our meeting and not receiving any emails with quotes we called to find out if all was OK. I understand they were super busy and asked if they could please keep us updated. 8 weeks later, we still have not received the quote. I have sent a couple emails and no one can be bothered to reply. Extremely disappointed as we were really looking forward to using their services after reading the great reviews. If you didn't want to provide your service to us a simple email would have sufficed.

Very friendly, very professional, I had a small blemish on one of the kitchen doors and they made another door within 2 days and fitted - this is a family business and its one of the best - you cant go wrong by using these lovely people.

Can't recommend this company enough. We spent a lot of time planning a new bathroom, every person we spoke to was fantastic and understood our nervousness around spending a lot on a bathroom. From suggesting a layout to planning and discussing endless colour changes with us, the team were great. Sadly at the 11th hour we had to change plans due to family reasons, I felt really bad that we had wasted their time but they were very understanding. Although they aren't cheap, looks like you do get what you pay for.
