I was looking for the surgery next door and accidently went into this place as the signposting is awful. The aged lady behind the counter was very rude not welcoming and when I asked her is this MGS surgery she replied no and I asked is it next door and she replied " it must be". These receptionists employed by the NHS definitely don't enjoy their jobs and an awful culture has developed and they don't have a clue about basic manners. Rather then answer me politely and direct me to the right building she replied " it must be" if you are the Manager of this building and reading this and take feedback seriously please act upon it.

As someone with complex issues you systematically over the last four years have made me feel more alone and isolated by a service meant to help. Yet there is no where else for me to go. I feel like I cannot reach out to you, even in crisis, often resulting in worse outcomes. Staffing issues and frequent mistakes in care make this a problem. Congruence & empathy are almost non existent and it’s basically a check of how you eat, sleep, take meds, and what boxes can be ticked. Medication can only do so much, but it is supportive environments, that help the most and this is not one of them. I genuinely can’t tell you how much I wish it was so there could be a glimmer of hope. Five years ago this service was helping me. However I live in fear because this is the only service keeping me at risk from harm, as my health gets worse, so is it worth speaking and making complaints? I have learnt from experience, that no it is not. Failing services are still better than no services for those of us with complex care needs, and it is sad that, that has what it as come too, but all I have.

Disgusting service! I've been requesting talking therapy for months and keep getting told they're only there to deal with my medication.... Of which I've asked repeatedly for an early review because I'm deteriorating very quickly and instead of help and support I'm told take the medication and wait for your appointment in 3 months
