I went into the office to ask for help and although they couldn't they were helpful and polite. I have respect for them. They tried their best and that's all I could ask. That is more than any other housing association in Hull has done. Just if your ever homeless and want to go somewhere new don't come to Hull because you won't get support from the council and the housing associations say there full. Also stay away from Humbercare.

Told me they didn't want to help me move into my property because I'd "left the project" but no one ever told me how to leave. We where also left with a semi working oven so my questions would be why aren't you doing the best you can to provide people with a beneficial service and wheres your money ACTUALLY going

Horrendous company posing as a charity. Six months left with no repairs done on a house that among with many other issues, floods the bathroom and brings up thick brown sludge when having a shower. The director Tricia Scott doesn't have a professional bone in her body and will spread any personal information you disclose to the masses. The facilities provided in prison look like the penthouse suite at the Ritz compared to the sub standard houses this company provide. I would personally say anyone would be better off living in a tent than with this company.

Staff were unclear how I was to pay rent how I left and where extremely unprofessional. When I got told I had a property I found multiple issues which I raised but took several months to just fix 1/20 issues. They are more expensive then other places in hull and also other places have better support. I would recommend anyone go to doorstep as they are so much better as all their staff are trained social workers and it's £20-30 a month.

Very rude staff member upon helping a friend who also used me as a reference, spoke to me like dirt saying we have a very good practice because they don't allow there friends to visit there friends in there properties, so basically stating homeless cannot have friends, I stated he will be coming to mine if he wants to see me and stated myself that's a bit stereotypical she then kicked me outside told me to wait, said to my pal he has a place. The next day they said they did not contact another reference, however I rang the other reference to ask if they spoke they said yes and now had nothing back off this service, very unprofessional to say the least when it's a last resort to getting a roof over ones head. Would not choose this service.
