Really bad customer service on the whole. Incorrect order followed by incorrect replacements. Still received incorrect products in the last delivery and have now given up. No apology on first contact and no follow up to see if the final delivery was correct.

Placed an order via a payment link that was sent to me, secure and easy. Got an order no. but no email confirmation, I went into the site but saw no order for me and showing nil stock. Fearing the worst, I queried this next day and was told my order was picked, packed and to expect it soon. Happy days.
