I cant fault the staff in the Florist shop. I needed some foliage to go around a cake and one of the ladies helped me find what I needed. The fee was quite fair. I would definitely visit again and recommend :-)

Ordered some flowers for a birthday but despite their website saying £40 including vase, I got charged £50 as the vase was 'extra', even though I showed them the web page. Also bought £20 worth of their chocolates. When I went in to collect the flowers, I asked if they could blow up a helium balloon for me if I gave them a couple of pounds but was told they wouldn't as they 'don't inflate other people's balloons', despite having just spend £70 in there and offered a token amount for their trouble. I know helium is at a premium right now but, way to go to keeping your regular customers. Poor show. Popped over the road to Card Factory who were more than happy to oblige for a Pound. One star thanks to CS.

Thank you so much. Excellent service. I purchased a lovely bouquet of flowers at 9am and they were delivered by 12.30. My daughter was so please and sent me a picture. These flower were even better than the online photo. Wonderful telephone manners, a lovely company that I'm very happy to recommend to anybody wanting to buy flowers. 10/10.

Amazing service!!! We had a corsage and button hole made by another florist but it was shocking!!! My daughter was very disappointed so last minute dash to find a florist who had the right flowers and who were available. Stephens bouquet said they had the flowers in stock and could get it done in an hour!!! I’m so great full for them and now my daughters enjoying her prom this evening with a lovely corsage on her wrist!!!

I have previously attended the shop and had a brilliant flower arrangement. Off the cuff walked in and said need an arrangement for about £40. Today I wanted a flower arrangement but ordered over the phone at the same £40 plus 5 for delivery. Distinctly asked for colour and some nice flowers and less of the greenery. Just got home and definitely feel let down; there’s no sparkle! And the flowers weren’t even for me! Maybe I am not experienced in buying flowers or expectations as it isn’t something I do often but I definitely won’t be ordering anything via phone
