Received such wonderful care from day one at the Dartford Branch. Such friendly, efficient service ,but most importantly they showed complete respect and compassion throughout. Nina was amazing, guiding us through such a difficult time , putting us at ease and helping us make the right choices for our loved ones final journey. Diane was also so helpful and informative. On the day of the funeral Stephen and the other staff were wonderful and helped make sure the day went smoothly. We know Alf would of approved . Thank you to you all for your support at this extremely sad time . And thank you especially to Nina , it meant so much to us to have your support and guidance.

A couple of days have passed since we said our Farewell to Michael and as a Family we have reflected on the day's events. We have all agreed that it was a lovely Service, both in the Church and at the Graveside and very appropriate and fitting for Michael. The perfect send off if there is ever such a thing. I would personally like to thank you and your team for your help in making this happen. From the very first call I made to your office, subsequent appointment with Pauline, numerous further calls with Mel & Natalie, our visit to your Chapel of Rest in Gravesend and finally on Wednesday the attention and care shown has been first class. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and your staff were always willing to help and come back to me exactly when they said (which was usually within 30 mins) with answers to all questions. Our visit to the Chapel of Rest was never going to be an easy one. We had already been advised that due to his medical issues, the embalming process had left him a little red. Mel in Gravesend reiterated this in a most delicate way. She was with myself and my husband initially, then slid out quietly without us even realising. We were comforted to see him looking peaceful and with his lanyard and membership cards placed sympathetically across his chest. Just perfect. Mum was very honoured that it was yourself Stephen at the helm on Wednesday. By all accounts she has known you for several years, which I believe helped her too. The advice you gave us at the start of day was spot on and a very useful memory jogger. Finally, your Drivers and Pallbearers, so personal and helpful, we forgot they were there. I hope that I have not forgotten to mention anyone. I just feel personally that you all did such a great job from start to finish. Whilst this letter is from me, I know that I speak on behalf of the whole Family in sending our thanks and gratitude to you for making a difficult time just that little bit easier. We would definitely recommend this Funeral Director to anyone. Stephen and his whole Team including Mel and Pauline are extremely professional, very respectful and treat the Funeral in a very dignified Manner. The Whole Team are very friendly, give excellent service, cannot do enough for you and are fully there throughout the whole process. We have used them on a couple of occasions for Family Members and we are so impressed and cannot fault them. We think so highly of them and will always use them.
