    This dealership is becoming ridiculously expensive and has lost sight of customer care. Problem with my car, couldn't book in for a quick check until 2-3 weeks time, unless I was prepared to pay nearly £200 for an 'investigation'. I took it to another Mini garage, the very helpful mechanic looked under the chassis and told me that there was a twig lodged, causing the sound. No charge! I urge people to vote with their feet.

    What's the point in owning a bmw? Made appointment by phone for recall,went to the service shop and they said there is no appointment. Car leaking coolant so unable to drive. They told me to leave it there but have no clue when they will have time to look at least at it and the next booking space will be available in two weeks. Explained that I need the car to be fixed to go to work,they didn't care. No courtesy car as well. Pleasure of owning a bmw. Worse experience ever.

    I would of said good but at the desk ii was given the wrong info which made me feel like I wasted my time , excuses don't make it with me ,inform your staff of changes ,I won't be coming back as this was already a journey only to be disappointed, lucky to get 2 stars

    My experience was one of incomparable co-operation from everyone: protracted circumstances in my part-exchange deal occurred, not of my making, which could very easily have ruined the whole deal, but the Body Shop, Brett and Christopher, etc., and each person, without exception, persevered, beyond normal working hours, to make it a total success. In particular, Ziggy Osman, Sales Executive & Motability Specialist, exceeded any expectations that one could hope for in Customer Service: tenacious; determined; resourceful; ultimately, were it not for him, I should not have the transport I have today. I know I can always turn to him for the best advice. Thank you.

    Excellent place to buy a good quality used car. I have always been fond of Mini’s but didn’t really want to buy a brand-new one, so I had a look around and found one for two years old that had low mileage, took it for a test-drive and decided to put down a deposit 😊 I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and they kept me updated with videos before I went to pick the Car up which I thought was a nice touch … Very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be recommending them.

    A combination of quality and unobtrusive friendly professionalism. A winning formula ! I visited the Stephen James Ruxley Sidcup showrooms along with my wife and daughter with an open mind regarding whether to purchase a new car or not. We were impressed with the Countryman and were given the freedom without any pressure by Ian Elmore the Mini Sales Executive to inspect the different models available and ask any questions. We found Ian to be friendly, open, unobtrusive and professional and decided to go ahead and order. It was a refreshing experience to find a salesperson who was not pushy or pressurising in his approach. He stated that he would be available throughout the course of production to give updates as necessary and to discuss any worries that may arise. We can only hope that the production and delivery schedules run as smoothly and trouble free as the purchasing experience. Many thanks Ian for an enjoyable and painless transaction, and thank you Stephen James for an hassle free experience in comfortable and welcoming surroundings .
