Really disappointed. Went to collect a car today and the scrwtches and blemishes that had been idetified at point of order to be rectified had not been. Requested that they be rectified and was advised that i could have a refund 3 hour round trip on the train and 1 hour drive for nothing.... Very disappointed.

I have been searching for a Mini Clubman for a little while. I test drove a black one at Stephen James MINI Woolwich and fell in love with it. Although I did not purchase it the service I received from Lee Madden and his team was second to none. They went over and beyond to try and accommodate my needs and was ready to move mountains. In the end I was set on different colour Mini of which I have now taken delivery. Nevertheless, Lee and his team were able to help me in my search for my perfect car! Lee was very helpful, informative and patient. He was very positive when I told him I had found my dream Mini Clubman in the colour I wanted. He even invited me to get in touch if he could be of any further assistance! I would definitely recommend this showroom and the assistance of Lee if you are thinking to buy a Mini.
