    I went there to buy my first BMW, Gary one of the sales managers was not flexible at all, he didn't even try to convince me to buy, however, I called another branch of BMW and in a few minutes I managed to get the deal which I was expecting. It was so disappointing to drive 15 miles there and face such a sales representative. Extremely do not recommend them

    This was the first time I used Mini Enfield for service as our local dealer had been fully booked. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and hassle-free. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process by Hannah, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Although the branch was very busy when I went to collect my car, the car was washed and cleaned inside. Hanner walked me to my car and made sure everything was fine before I drove off. Such courtesy has become rare in this day and age we are living in, thank you!

    Shocking customer service. Had an appointment to test drive 2 cars (BMW) and the sales advisor disappeared and ghosted us, we were kept waiting for over 30 mins. The receptionist, who was brilliant by the way, was at a loss for words. Still haven't had a call from Stephen James after the fact. They have potentially lost 2 cars worth of business, which is a shame.
