    IRFAN in Parts department is a credit to Stephen James BMW. I called 2 different BMW dealers and tried to order a part. They kept me on the phone for over 5 minutes each time and said they couldn’t find the part I wanted. So I called Stephen James and spoke to a guy called Irfan - in less than 1 minute he found the correct part I wanted and gave me the correct options of it being a open or closed grille. Which other BMW dealers didn’t and supplied me with the wrong part. So credit where credit is due - Irfan knows his parts and saved me a lot of time and headache. Thank you.
