It's a traditional gentleman's taylors. Check carefully and you will find a decent buy. It will be good quality but remember quality does not come cheap. It's going to be difficult for them as people watch their spending, so give them a chance, if you don't it will be another quality shop gone. Service was excellent and with a smile.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT do business with this store. I thought I had found the trousers I'd been looking for. I live in the states and hesitated doing business with some store in the UK I had never done business with before. I spoke with Peter, the owner/manager??? by telephone several times and confirmed and reconfirmed via voice and email what I wanted and the sizes and he sends me the wrong sizes. It cost me $85 to return the trousers and who wants to bet he doesn't credit me the return postage?!? I plan on filing a formal complaint with Visa and issuing a chargeback. Definitely skip this store and buy elsewhere.

Unfortunately not a great experience. I hired an evening suit for an awards evening. My partner picked the suit up for me as the opening hours are short. The suit smelt very musty and old and it was very noticeable. As I was in London with a suit hired in Stourbridge I wasn't able to do much other than try to air it out and use a lot of Febreeze. Pretty much ruined the evening for me (and those seated near me). TBH the whole shop smells the same, I think the staff must be nose blind.
