Took in my son's skiing trophy for adding his name to an annual award. Previous engravers had left gaps and just added a new plate as easier than adding a name to the existing plate so I just asked if they could just do their best. Picked it up today and they had removed both plates and added the three names from the unnecessary second plate and engraved them all onto the first plate at no extra cost because 'that way it looks better '. So impressed with quality of service. Will always recommend you. Many Thanks.

Superb communication and service, friendly and went the extra mile, even through the COVID pandemic he kept me updated and reassured me all the way, and even kept his promise and to the time scale agreed prior to COVID, will be definately using again for next season and many more to come.
