The team visited my flat, checked the job and told me I needed two more packets of wood than I had ordered. We agreed a price to start on Monday. Saturday I get a text saying they just didn't want to do the job. Luckily I found someone else who did a beautiful job for half the price. And it turned out that I had ordered the right amount of wood in the first place so their bad advice cost me the restocking charge on the wood I had ordered unnecessarily. Extremely unprofessional.

Nick was really responsive with quotes and helping me decide how best to treat my floors. Andre sanded three bedrooms and entire set of stairs. He did a really fanatic job - there was a huge amount of repairs needed for the original floorboards. He did sanding, staining in English walnut and oiling throughout. He was wonderful to work with and the quality of the finish is fantastic. Would recommend! Service: Wood floor restoration

I had the flooring in my flat changed from vinyl to engineered hardwood and could not be more pleased with the service! Because my completion date moved a few times, Nick was so kind as to pencil me in so at least I had tentative dates. The communication was great, and the standard to which the floors were fitted was fantastic (clean trims, no weird holes or gaps, etc). This job was done back in 2017 but I’ve been recommending them since.

I obtained a quote in writing for parquet floor laying and resanding and finishing from this company - the quote was based on emails in which I send photos of the area and gave them the dimensions of the room. The quote was acceptable and on that basis I got the floor levelled ready for their work (my alternative quote included floor levelling so I only got this done separately because I was going to use this firm). They then emailed 24 hours before the job was due to start to say that they were going to increase the cost of the sanding from £300 to £500 (nearly doubling it) because of the dimensions of the room - which they had had from the start and also that their sander would not be able to do that part until 2-3 weeks after the fitting. When I questioned this they were unwilling to honour their original quote. I am now left trying to find an alternative provider last minute which is holding up my building works. I would beware this company and any quote that they give you.

Really great service and finish. We had the whole upstairs of our flat sanded and oiled and boards repaired. They did such a good job, the floor looks amazing and Victor, from Latvia, who did the work, was so kind and helpful. Would definitely hire again! Can recommend.
