Been here for 2 and a half years now. I started as a telesales executive and worked my way up to business development manager. I am now taking on more responsibility within the other departments and management. StepChange is a place where there are no restrictions on how much you can earn or where your career can go, as long as you have may amount of commitment and ambition. It’s also a great culture where I have made lots of friends, and I love how this is encouraged with work trips to Mallorca, Tenerife and Ibiza this year!!
