Absolutely amazing they go well out off there way too get you in somewhere I have a place on Wednesday and only took A week! As with the trains on strike this week comming I was assured that I am defentily getting there on Wednesday either by taxi or some other transport.

The physical accomodation itself is really, really nice and modern. You used to have to share a room, which is a bit too much when one is struggling. It is really nice to have your own room and members of staff regularly inspect it to make sure that you are keeping it in a neat way. I can see why there are rules in place and this type of environment needs to have certain ways of doing things. Some of them, in my perspective, are a bit excessive. For example, having to ask a member of staff for a bag of crisps is a bit off-putting. It is too much to have such a strict and silly rule in place. Also, I want members of stafffr to understand how difficult it can be to eat in front of people. I really like the way you guys ask residents to prepare a meal. We all have to do it. It is really, really intimidating. I do not have lots of confidence in myself and to ask people to do that is a huge challenge. It is not a complaint because it is a skill that I have learned from you. Thank you. The staff members were really nice and understanding. Most of them were fair.
