The guys there were great. We came in looking for a Bosch dishwasher. They didn't have the models we were looking for, but without any pressure and displaying their excellent knowledge on dishwashers, they recommended a few alternative and explained their merits and we settled on the Neff one we bought, which is excellent.

Very poor customer service. Waited over a month for a repair to be rectified, the washing machine left as a dangerous fire risk with no warning not to use it. Then when eventually repaired, the engineer did not plumb back in correctly, leaving me with water gushing out of the pipework under the cabinets. No response from customer services, despite numerous emails / messages. I did not want to resort to writing public reviews but I gave Stellisons numerous chances to respond to my emails, which they did not. Had to pay another plumber to fix and check. Shame as I would like to support local business but unfortunately I do not recommend Stellisons.

Was greeted by a friend lady when i walked in. Very knowledgeable in what they are selling. U go into the shop with the idea in buying an item, all questions answered and no trying to sell u insurance and extended warranties. I’d highly recommend Stellisons to anyone.
