Had a great experience taking my car to them for a recall. I dropped the car off in the morning and could pick it up in the afternoon, as discussed earlier. They called me the day before the appointment to remind me / confirm the appointment. With the recall, they provided a free complementary check. About the check and results, I received a detailed report I could read online with comments from the service team and a video about the inspection of tyres and break pads. In a separate text, they confirmed when the car was ready for pickup. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even cleaned the car and vacuumed it, which made me speechless. Excellent service, thanks!
