Bought a car this year from them and it has taken months to get repaired. Still don’t know if the repairs have been done as they will never confirm. Cannot get hold of anyone every time I ring and when I do, they promise to call back and never do.

Avoid this garage at all costs!!!!!!!! Sent a van here for an MOT, needed some remedial work, after 4 weeks still had the van and could not (or would not) say when it would be completed. Asked to speak to the manager twice was supposed to ring us back, never did, in the end arranged to collect the van and take it elsewhere (they couldn't care anyway). On collection the vehicle was incomplete with parts not fitted back in place in interior. We have taken photos ready for our complaint should they ever bother to contact us!
