    **Update... Oh dear... lift is broken, not accepting MOTs... nearest dealership, Chingford. Just useless.** Aftersales desperately understaffed, nice enough people, but not enough of them. Courtesy car booked months in advance, always some drama to actually get it on the day. Service itself is fine, but not sure how DS can claim any luxury credentials, when 9 times out of 10 you're seen by a Peugeot Service person.

    Continuing the worse customer service. Nearly a month of having my car in for a battery problem and after multiple calls to the service department with no answer I contacted DS customer care team. Was told by them after a week of trying that they were unable to get hold of the service department either. This company are only interested it talking your call in sales and provide the worse after sales service I have ever experienced. Avoid

    Accompanied friend to do test drive of DS4 (pre booked 1 week in advance). Assistant Manager greeted us with glare and 'u alrite' - no good morning! Claimed that no DS4 available for test drive - despite us being surrounded by DS4 cars! Utterly appalling customer service , Assistant Manager needs to be demoted and should not be allowed near any customers! Horrible car showroom , horrible staff. AVOID!!

    Visited on 3 occasions to drop my car off for service and there is never anyone at the DS service desk. Staff left me waiting there for 45mins on each occasion before seeing me at the Peugeot desk despite me owning a DS car. Worse customer service

    Incredibly poor service. After two visits could not solve issue with my DS blueHDi. Difficult to speak to someone, had to chase for updates on status of vehicle. Yet happy to charge an arm and leg for poor/mediocre service. Following relocation, it highlights just how poor service here actually is, new DS dealer near me is efficient, helpful and communicates quickly and does not need to be chased.

    The showroom is very modern and well show case. Tea and coffee was available. Car parking was available and easy to find. The car park takes you to the main entrance. Excellent show room.

    Terrible customer service. Each time I come here there is an issue. If you want a courtesy car you need to book months in advance only to be given the most basic car with the fuel warning light on, unlike other brands whose courtesy car is a like for like. Brought the car in for a recall only to be told they needed it overnight (not informed of this beforehand) and there were no courtesy cars available. Had to reschedule thereby wasting 3hrs driving there and back. Another time brought the car in for a service while you wait, 6 hours later it was ready. Meant to have a wash as part of service, on 3 occasions this wasn't done. Judging by overheard conversations in the showroom I'm certainly not alone in experiencing bad service. DS is meant to be a premium brand and I expect better with a £50k car. This'll be my first and last DS.
