I had my car booked for service and break pads and disk change. When my car was returned I was very angry as the break pads and disk were untouched. I asked the person, why is that? and he said that "it is safe to drive". I told him how could it be safe to drive if the breaks are gone and the dashboard light for break pads were on before collection. I decided to use my camera and record the conversation as I knew the car is not safe to drive especially since I have afew disabilities, and when he realised that, he refused to say the car is safe to drive, i asked him afew times "is the car safe to drive?" He would not respond. Now I have to call RAC to come. I am a disabled person and I feel very vulnerable as he falsely said the car is safe for me to drive and than changed his mind. He left the car and gone. It is clear discrimination. Later they tried to call me and I got angry and I raised my voice (rightly so) as I was given an unsafe car to drive, the person simply said I will hung the phone on you and he did. Shameful, disgusting and discriminatory. I love citroen and will always get citroen but never again will deal with this branch. By the way their sales team are great people. Services, stay away!!! I fund your response very arrogant and dismissive. If the car didn't need the break pads changed why the dashboard light was on and more seriously why your colleague could not on record say "it is safe to drive this car"? Because he couldn't. And yes I have checked with kiwk fit and they advised me to changes both disk and pads. The very night you returned the car RAC attended and advised me to change the breaks and disk. Since your response is such dismissive I will take an official complaint.

Booked my car in for an MOT and service for this morning. When I booked this I asked how long it would take and was told 2.5/3 hours. I explained that I had something on and had to be home by 3. I turned up today at 8.45 having taken half a day annual leave for this appointment to be told that it was an all day appointment and I'd have to leave the car there until 5. I'd never have taken the appointment had I been told that. What an utter waste of my time. It was rammed with cars as well so impossible to find anywhere to park. I'll stick with my local garage from now on.
