Great service from start to finish Buying a used car is a daunting adventure and after many months of looking for a new car it was a real pleasant surprise to visit the Stellantis showroom The location was easy to find with good customer parking and a fantastic indoor showroom full of used and new vehicles The service I received from Bill and Andy was very professional but also personal Bill and Andy where extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles without giving any pressure into purchasing a vehicle at anytime After talking to both Bill and Andy and also having a nice cup of coffee Andy took a look the car I was looking to part exchange and he offered me a fair price for it with no need for any haggling It was then time for a test drive of the vehicle I was looking to purchase So off Andy and I headed in the car The car drove well and Andy was very helpful answering all the questions I had on the test drive Back at the showroom and another cup of coffee I was given time on my own to think and look over the vehicle I had test driven ( this was fantastic as there was no pressure to buy the car ) Once I had decided it was the car for me Bill completed all the relevant paperwork very carefully and professionally given me exactly the right amount of information on all elements of the process including the warranty, gap insurance ect At no point did I feel pressured into buying any of theses extra products but after carful consideration I opted to take out an extra years warranty on my new car ( the car all ready came with a years warranty but as I plan to keep this car for a few years this was a good option ) As I stated at the start of this review I have been looking for a new car for some months now and along this journey I have met many car salespersons who are only interested in the sale and making it as quick as possible and lining their own pockets with the profits or commission ( very common given the current used car situation) It was not like that at the Stellantis showroom and I would highly recommend that if you are feed up with money grabbing car sales persons that you head to the Stellantis showroom and go and talk to either Bill or Andy I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and customer friendly service

I bought a new Citroen from this dealership - it arrived back in October 2022. The vehicle arrived minus two of the optional extras I had ordered, a huge quality control issue and damage to the vehicle. Nearly six months on and the issues still haven't been resolved to my satisfaction. I feel so let down by this dealership - I would recommend avoiding them like the plague if you want a smooth purchasing experience. A complete let-down for my first new car purchase. I won't ever be buying a new Citroen again.

After nearly 10 months I was finally able to collect the car I ordered. Logistics have been appalling, with the car going from East London to Scotland to Corby to Sheerness It was "lost" twice. Robins and Day were ever helpful, and I am very pleased with the car and with the help I received at hand-over. The problems appear to be with Stellantis, and with their chosen shipper. Not a good way to treat your sales staff!
