WARNING: THEIR CUSYOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING. They may have chip issues for the larger vehicles but that's no excuse for their lack of support, updates and service when you are purchasing something of high value. MY STORY: I've had citreon or peugeot cars for years but the last 4 years their customer service is shocking. My vehicle was damaged in their service department and they tried to blame me when the issue wasn't there before I came to them. They don't contact you when they say they will and we have needed to attend the dealership rather than call to speak to anyone. I ordered a new 5008 in March 2022. A month later to be told the order was cancelled as the manufacturer wasn't making Manuel cars anymore. Completely understood what the sales person was saying and was given time to consider an automatic and told they would contact us on a specific date. They didn't contact us. By September 2022 i was chasing them to find out what is going on as they still have my deposit. Continual promises stating they will contact us and after discussing with the sales person, dealership manager, another sales person, a different manager I was beginning to get frustrated as no one ever contacted us or kept us updated. I even attempted to go through carwow to get someone to contact me... even that never helped. In December 2022 we attended the dealership again and got further reassurances they'll contact us by a specific date, which did not happen. By January we had given up and found a car elsewhere. Even though we made them aware I had purchased another car from a different company, they still tried to sell me vehicles in the hope to retain my custom. The one thing they couldn't provide was a car. Their new manager Mr Imran was nice to speak to, but showed me my original order and stated the vehicle had never been cancelled. When i looked at the paperwork the order was for an automatic, which wasn't my original order. We have never signed for an automatic car. I had no clue how much the automatic was they'd never given any prices so why would I sign for something I didn't know the price for! It was almost like they were attempting to cover up their incompetence. Following seeing paperwork for my apparent automatic order they then provided a price for us to consider. My New Nissan car that I ordered in January 2023 arrived in March 2023 (NOTE: amazing customer service and updates and after sales from NISSAN from start to finish). I informed the PEUGEOT dealership manager James I did not want another vehicle and would like an offer my my Current citreon vehicle, they yet again did not get back to us. So I had to sell my vehicle with the damage their service department made, depreciated the value of my car because they hadn't fixed the issue. In addition the complaint I raised in Jan 2023 continues, they still have my deposit from March 2022 !! Its Now May 2023! The customer service department has informed me that the dealership is a franchise and I now have to fight for my deposit via the motor ombudsman. Its a complete farse. This is a warning to anyone wanting to purchase from them. I don't want anyone to experience what we are currently going through.

Amazing service provided by Shiv the sales manager and Chris. I travelled all the way from London to purchase a used Citroen C3. Chris collected me and my son from the train station … a great personal touch! The whole experience was very friendly and positive. We saw the vehicle a Citroen C4 space tourer made a quick enquiry, took it out about an hour, the sale rep, Rolandas talked us through the history, without any stress, we then spoke to Shiv the manager concerning finance which was plain and straightforward, we would recommend a visit especially for a Shiv hug,a friendly and reliable workforce working together as a unit. And yes we did purchase the car we test-drive.
