Do not use this company. I bought a car at the beginning of the year with warranty and was told the car was such a good runner that i could even return it at anytime. The car was delivered late at night. I discovered the fault almost immediately after the transfer and test driving. The dealership does not respond to emails or answer calls. I have put in a formal complaint with Trading Standards. They are no longer affiliated with the AA as an AA approved dealer. They have been struck off as of February 2023. I was told this by a Manager at the AA complaints team and they have advised for me to take legal action against Stella Vehicles. Be very aware and cautious. David does seem like an honest and genuine person. Unfortunately this has not been the case. The reviews are real. And the fact David has taken the time within the last few days to respond to some bad reviews on here recently but has not responded to complaints and disputes says it all about the level of customer service. I am very disappointed.

I was led to believe the car was stunning, it was delivered in the dark. Next day I found both back lights broken and taped up, he promised a replacement light but never received. Also paintwork issues. Never declared. The owner david came across trusting and nice. I was very wrong to trust, be wary.

Absolute scammers, they sell cars without any paperwork and documents, promising a lot of things that don’t happens. We returned the car and still waiting for refund. They doing dodgy cars and mot etc. Everyone, just avoid if you don’t want to block your money on a scrap car.

The Worlds Greatest
Called to see a car late September, arrived and was told the car was not available to see and would have to wait a short period of time. I waited upto 2 hours and it finally arrived. Inwas desperate for a vehicle to negotiated a pricr and paid in full immediately. Requested delivery, however this was delayed for days. David promised he would provide a 12 month MOT when the vehicle MOT runs out in December and this is part of the certification with RAC they have they must adhere to. David also promised replacement centre caps (£20) which he failed to delivery countless times. I have called, texted, emailed and left voicemails and I have not had a response for months. David seemed genuine and promised he was not like every other car dealer, which is a completely opposite. He never stuck to his word or what we agreed. The vehickr I purchased had a deadlock problem which he said was "normal" which is a common fault and makes a loud noise when locking the vehicle. I know from experience (owned 3 before) he is stating false information and could not be bothered to correct the issue. He said he would use copper grease on all doors, he never did. David delivered the car at night with 1 faulty and very dim light bulb which I had to replace. Front bumper clips are damaged and a host of other things. Mechanically the car seems fine with no issued yet. I am deeply disappointed with the level of service and David not following through what he promised. In business your only as good as your word and Stelle vehicle let me down.
