I'm really disappointed in the management of this shop. The girls on the shop floor have been nothing but helpful on the 4 occasions we visited, but the management who pay the trade in money have been abysmal. On the 8th April (2 months ago) we accepted a trade in of just £50 for a ring, and were told it'd take no more than a week to process. I'm not one to call every five minutes but as the weeks flew by, they almost recognised my number when i called, we dropped in every couple weeks to be told that the owners had lost the details, sent the money to someone else and that I'd be paid "this week". Its no longer about the £50, although I'd still like it please, but the principle now. Even this last week with a 3 day week, we went in on the Saturday and with the length of time it's taken just to get to this point, I'd of expected to have been paid in the week, but still nothing.

What a wonderful experience today. Customer service was second to none. Elena was so personable, passionate and attentive and felt like I had my own personal stylist/ consultant. Whilst I had my ears pierced her colleague entertained my daughter and was such a lovely, relaxed experienced. Would definitely reccomend Stefans to anyone!
