Amazing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Excellent knowledge on the dresses. Dawn was very friendly and helpful with helping my Daughter find a style dress she would like. There are many colours and styles too choose from to. It was nice and relaxed as you had the whole shop to yourself, you didn't feel rushed at all. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.😊😊

Had the best retail experience ever here! Buying a prom dress for my step-daughter, which thus far had been traumatic, suddenly became fun! Whilst the wide choice of dresses was important, the magic ingredient was the owner Dawn who took us through a step-by-step process that culminated in the perfect dress being chosen. More importantly, Dawn did wonders for my step-daughter’s confidence and made her feel like a million dollars.

Prom dress shopping with my daughter and have to say I anticipated it to be stressful! The lady who helped us was brilliant - went through everything in a calm and practical manner - budget, style, etc... and spent time showing us all different styles, etc. There was no pressure to go outside of budget and was just all round super helpful and super lovely. Would highly recommend for a calm, relaxing, and stress free experience and came away with a beautiful dress. Customer service is amazing!
